Finding the space is the "fun part", but not where a good broker stops adding value. After careful analysis, many times the informed decision is to renew. But, don't waste your time calling FOR LEASE signs. I will do the research.

With over 30 years of local market experience and knowledge from representing both landlords and tenants, I have very unique perspective on the transaction. There are landlord leaning market conditions and tenant leaning market conditions. To make a transaction go smoothly and fairly, it is important to have experience from both perspectives. Someone once said to me "It is not a good deal unless we both are unhappy".
That never made sense to me.
